how it works: get regieleki in the active spot ASAP , ( its ok if you use electropower to increase damage but its not recomended.) don't forget to evolve flying pikachu V into its Vmax form. now when you use switching bolt bring up flying pikachu Vmax so it can act as a meat sheid, then you can retreat flying pikachu Vmax for regieleki V because it has no retreat cost. there are many ways to play this deck though so try play with different stratigies.
