Spore Spreader (OBF Toedscruel/Forretress ex)

A very bog standard no gimmicks (apart from Forretress ex/Iono) no non-sense Toedscruel ex deck. Very consistent and typically able to come back from mostly anything. Except maybe Fire decks. Should smack Charizard ex. Probably not as fast as other Toedscruel decks.

Setup is simple. Get atleast 1 Grotle on bench ASAP, if you can try getting another. Build up your bench with another, and some Toedscool. Leave slot for Pineco/Forretress ex. Try to pop Forretress ex as late as possible, considering

Try to pop Forretress ex as late as possible, considering that you have 5 other Mons in play (1 active, 4 benched) but less is fine, that's why we deploy Klara and Superior Energy Retrievals. Use retreats to your advantage, pull energy back, reapply.

Radiant Greninja is a backup plan, though unfortunately it can't be grabbed with Grotle. You probably won't be using him much, though he's there if you keep him on bench.

Iono is a great disruptor paired with Forretress, but I wouldn't recommend popping 2 Forretress's, one is enough.

Don't be afraid to spend Gardenia's even if you have 0 or 1 energy. If you have 2 energy but the Mon isn't a Cool/Cruel, just apply one.

Hopefully everything else should be self explanatory. Pop Forretress EX, spread basic energies, 1 per, 2 for Toedscool/cruel, deal lotsa damage.
