this is how it feels to proc whirlwind axe a gorillion times. heres a quick rundown on how to do it.

 

1. establish an uxie/froslass. ideally both but i have won games off of just froslass and munkidori on the bench with mawile locking in the active pokemon.

2. press painful memories a crud ton while trying to set up a dusclops/dusknoir for potential big turn kills.

     try to utilize mawile and munkidori if you find yourself in a situation where you need to stall for more

3. fart and nae nae on your opponent.

 

devolution is fweakin epic for charizard and any other evolution decks with a bunch of abilities. you could probably slot in Radiant Alakazam (Silver Tempest) if you wanted to but space already feels kinda tight mane. post rotation rabsca is gonna be a nightmare to slot in but whatever mang. glhf
