What a fun idea. I'd suggest running only Wailord (Silver Tempest), and since it's a one-prizer, you may as well run four of them. The other wailord doesn't seem to be doing the deck any favors. Also, reduce Floragato and add some rare candies, and maybe some better draw speed options than trekking shoes.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll make some tweaks based on what you said. Pretty new to the TCG and this was mainly a wishlist idea for a deck for my wife as Sprigatto and Waillord are 2 of her favorite pokemon.

if you want it to be even better you might want to add reversal energy to this deck
