Hold up, you may have actually cooked here with the neutralization zone abuse (cuz you kinda can reuse it now). Its just kinda sad that you can only run this in expanded, where not every rule box is a V or ex.
Also some deck advice:
- Counter catcher is not the best combo with prize denial shedinja.
- You prob want a float stone or some other switching capability, especially since ur running trick room Gothitelle.
- You def want more search power than just ultra ball
- 3 tulip is excessive, especially since you can't get nincada back.
- might want more xatu line and Professor's Letter (XY) in addition to less horror energy and more basic psychic. (you can't attach horror via xatu neither can you search it via letter) to do any real damage against opponents who aren't walled by neutralization.

To control the board a bit, but it's mainly just a wacky idea that I want to see if it's consistent.
