Lumineon V (Brilliant Stars) is for searching for trainers if your hand is stuck. Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) is for attacking if your opponents don't have any ex/v's.

     Playing the game:

After you have the ideal setup, use Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) to get a V or ex Pokémon in the active spot. Use Alakazam ex (151) to attack it, while not taking any damage by the Neutralization Zone (Shrouded Fable)  Arven (Scarlet & Violet) is for searching for Pokémon tools and other essential cards, like Earthen Vessel (Shrouded Fable) to search for Psychic energies.

     Good against:

Charizard ex with no Cursed Blast Dusknoir, Regidrago Vstar, and other decks full of ex/V's.

     Okay against:

Charizard ex with Dusknoir, Dragapult ex, and Lost Zone Giratina.

     Bad against:

Lost Zone, and Gardevoir ex.

Cool Strat!

If you want some suggestions:

- If you're intention is to use alakazam to attack why not just scrap steel tech altogether? it will make your deck a lot more consistent.

- you need switching tech

- what is relicanth for?

Hope I helped!

Thanks for the suggestions Siegislash!

-What steel tech?

-I will add some

-It is for attacking with Cufant (Shrouded Fable) if you don't have alakazam.

SmartySkink Thx for listening!

steel tech meaning like, just stop using steel energy in general. remember that you don't have any kind of energy acceleration i.e Metang (Temporal Forces) , so attaching energy is gonna take numerous turns. alakazam needs only two energy and your idea of attacking with it is good, so why even bother using any copperajah to attack? you can scrap cards like copperajah ex for more baby copperajah, basic steel energy for more basic psychic, and relicanth and heavy baton for more consistency cards like extra alakazam line or iono, nest ball, and ultra ball.

Hope this helps!

Also if you need any more reasoning, you mentioned attacking with copperajah ex when the opponent has an answer to neutralization zone, so you're intention is that you have hope to win the match by attacking with copperajah ex. The chances of this are more than slim as like I mentioned in a previous comment, you have no energy acceleration and the chances of your plays actually coming out as planned are also slim since there is a lack of consistency cards. (currently you're only draw option is iono and you have only 2)

Also think abt adding Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) because some that can bypass neutralization might not bypass cornerstone. (cramorant, baxcalibur, radiant greninja, etc.) Its attack also helps since alakazam can't hit any of you're opponent's babies since they be using your own neutralization zone.
