This deck revolves around getting staraptors out as quickly as possible and using its attacks. Tailspin Away makes it so staraptor doesn't take any damage from basic pokemon on the next turn, and Power Blast is an incredibly powerful attack, where you can get back the discarded energy with retrievals, dark patches, or a super rod.
