3 Boss and 4 Counter Catcher is a lot. I'd go down to 2 and 2. Irida should be a 4 count. More Superior Energy Retrieval would be good. I don't like Blindside and Evo TM. Level Ball works better than Evo TM. 3 Cancelling Cologne is a lot. So is 3 Lady. I'd use 2 of each. Also add more energy with leftover space. Radiant Greninja would work well too.
Most decks run super rod and can easily recycle Manaphy.
If you want to make sure its gone for good, this deck should run Lost City. Which you should consider since this deck has 0 counterplay to enemy stadiums.

its survival strat lets you find 2 cards, so it would be pretty helpful to find cards
then it lets you switch I with another pokemon, so it won't die, but if they have a boss orders, then rip💀
