Deck Primer

I wanted to make a deck featuring Vaporeon (don't ask), and I saw the natural synergy it had with Starmie. With the Bubble Pod attack, you can place it right onto your bench, and add a ton of energies for Multishot Star to do a ton of damage! You can also use it to place down Inteleon VMAX to spread some more damage if you feel like it! 

EDIT: Added what will be Professor Turo's Scenario and Irida.

You made a deck about starmie, awesome!

I think that there are too many Pokemon in this deck. I would remove 1 vaporeon v and vmax, and one remoraid and octillery.

Professor Turo's Scenario will come out in Paradox Rift, and it can help you get a bench that isnt full so you can use vaporeons attack.

Maybe you could remove 3 water energy and in replacement add professor turo's scenario once it comes out.

I'd add a vstar power, maybe forest seal stone, or Palkia vstar, even though it's not a rapid strike. Looks to be fitting quite well with the amount of echoing horns you put in there and you gotta have some fast energy acceleration for your starmies.
Your deck looks quite dependent of your mustards, since inteleon can only come into play with that mustards. Maybe add more mustards and maybe galarian meowth?, just to make sure to be able to play mustard (like my deck: https://pokemoncard.io/deck/jumpluff-and-orbeetle-65589).
Fan of waves and empoleon not really seem to work together with the strategy here (in my opinion), better replace it with Medicham V? Since starmie and inteleon control damage here pretty well. And just as Starmie23 said, some more octillery's won't hurt. Good luck with ur deck!

userMP1 Mustard isn't the only way to get Inteleon into play! Vaporon VMAX's Bubble Pod attack doesn't specify needing a basic to be put onto the bench. I like the idea of Palkia VSTAR, though. I'm also pretty sure that Meowth isn't standard anymore. I'll make changes. Thanks!
