Deck Primer

Phase 1: The Setup

Tatsugiri must be your Active Pokémon. Use Attract Customers to find Lillie's Determination or Hop's Bag.

Use Hop's Bag to immediately bench Zacian ex and Snorlax.

Discard Metal Energy: Use Ultra Ball to search for Duraludon while discarding 2 Metal Energy. This is the "fuel" for your next turn.

Phase 2: The Evolution

Evolve into Archaludon ex. Its Assemble Alloy Ability triggers immediately, attaching those 2 discarded Metal Energies to your Benched Zacian ex.

Phase 2: The Evolution

Evolve into Archaludon ex. Its Assemble Alloy Ability triggers immediately, attaching those 2 discarded Metal Energies to your Benched Zacian ex.

Attach Hop's Choice Band to Zacian. This is critical because it reduces the [C] cost of Brave Slash, meaning the 2 energies from Archaludon + 1 manual attachment fully powers Zacian in one turn.

Phase 3: The OHKO Loop

The Math: Zacian (240) + Snorlax (+30) + Band (+30) + Postwick (+30) = 330 Damage.

Use Prime Catcher or Boss's Orders to pull out your opponent's 2-prize or 3-prize Pokémon.

The Recovery: When Zacian is KO'd, use Night Stretcher to put it back in your hand or recover the energies. Then, evolve another Archaludon to repeat the cycle.
