Deck Primer

Use Stellar Galvantula EX to disable your opponent. From playing any item cards. Set up some joltik, if you can't find any Stellar Galvantula EX you can use splashing dodge to buy you some time. Use Blissey EX with glass trumpet to get back energy, make sure your bench isn't full so you can use chanseys lucky bonus effect. It's really powerful and has won  2/10 games that I would have lost otherwise. (I won 7 out of 10 games with this deck). You can use arven to get hyper aroma which can help

Ex Pokemon that are weak to electric types or have 220 or less HP will get recked by this deck.
