I'm sure you already are aware of this and plan to revive it traditionally, but a single piece of Mewtwo V-Union can't be put onto your bench by Revival Blessing.
Yes it really wasn't focused around mewtwo v, that was kind of a backup strategy since you got a lot of cards into your discard pile. It was more focused on the other guys.

I can kinda see why there is only 1 rellor, but there should be either more or some hisuian heavy ball to get it out of your prizes. Really cool deck though!
The thing is since you have to have a basic pokemon in your hand to start, it will never be in your prize cards, since it is the only one. But mybe luxray counts and that would mess you up..... you might be right!
You should definitely add at least one more rellor, otherwise you will only be able to use it once reliably. The way that that type of ability, on the Luxray, works, is that you can play it even if you don't have a basic, so the Rellor may be prized as well. I used Talonflam back in the day, did the sake thing better.
