The deck wants to go first but can function and attack going second.

Suicune may not deal as much damage as Palkia VSTAR, but being able to attack a turn sooner makes this build on par or even better than the average Palkia build.

Starmie is the backup attacker, able to one-shot Arceus decks and Blissey.

With use of Melony and Raihan, an attacker can be set up in one turn, able to avenge a knockout.
