I found that adding wishiwashi to the kyogre and volcarona v decks helped fix some of the issues I was having with it. By attaching tons of energy to the wishiwashi, you can do a bunch of damage to your opponent's active pokemon, which I couldn't with kyogre and volcarona v sometimes doesn't have enough power early on in a match. I also recommend you start second with this deck, as this lets you use cryogonal if you get it first turn as well as play any supporters you may need to use.
