Been playing Palkia Chien-pao for a couple of months and looking for something to tighten up some of its weaknesses. The ice rider variant comes in clutch for miraidon matches but falls short vs bigger evo match ups like charizard. This deck has greater damage potential with one of the biggest ohko attacks in the game in gyarados ex. Generally you will try to play one of two ways. Also, teching Kingdra for draw/disrupt makes you snorlax proof as you can never deck out.

What in the F*.... I dont hate it. But i think you should drop the Kingrda/Gyrados line for bax personally. Love surfing pikachu though
