Most of the energies are not useful to sylveon so you can't even say this is a deck!!

We are skibidi 1st of all. Be respectful. People put time and effort into decent decks. 2nd of all, you're wrong. READ DECK DESCRIPTIONS. OP explicitly mentioned that Sylveon GX is replaced by Sylveon ex SSP, which uses psychic, electric, and water. 

Could have used standard placeholders and made it a standard deck to prevent confusion. 

For suggestions, I really only have one:

you do realize how much Sylveon synergizes with Lost box right? psychic, water, different energy accel... familiar?

maybe add one more super rod

use a the super rod trick by discarding a super rod then scoop it up with another and one other card and so on
