This is a very intresting deck and I think it would do well in touraments. I like that you play Xerosic's Machinations (Shrouded Fable) to mill your opponent when you need to. You may want to cut one Morty's Conviction (Temporal Forces) as you have attacks such as Survival Strategy, and many various trainers, like Artazon (Paldea Evolved), Arven (Scarlet & Violet), Night Stretcher ,(Shrouded Fable), etc. to get the cards you need. I also think that one Roxanne (Astral Radiance) is enough, because you play Xerosic's Machinations (Shrouded Fable), as i mentioned before, and Iono (Paldean Fates). to fill in the two missing spots, you can add a Raichu and Pikachu from Temporal Forces to spread after using Dusknoir (Shrouded Fable)'s Cursed Blast ability. This will make a great second attacker. Fezandipiti ex (Shrouded Fable) isn't such a strong pokemon itself, dealing only 100 damage, so Raichu will fix that. Even though you play Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (Twilight Masquerade), Raichu should still help a lot. That being said, there are no more changes that i belive would benefit this deck. It is truly perfect. I will build and playtest both concepts and tell you the results of each. That concludes this mind-numbingly long comment.

WafflzInTheHouse Thanks for the feedback. True, I added iono and roxanne because im used to add hand disrupt, but that only weakens my xerosic disrupt. Nice catch. 

I'm still struggling with the deck idea, sadly tatsugiri doesn't work properly in live.
