A low-powered Swampert deck built around energy attachment and boosting Hydro Pump. Searches for energy, and then can attach as many per turn as possible using Baxcalibur, who doubles as a decent back-up attacker.


Could potentially use a stronger 'Hydro Pump' Swampert, but the art is nice, the ability might be useful mid-game, and it can swing for higher damage, at the cost of low HP compared to its counterparts.
