Set up as many kingdras and lumineon as possible and swarm the opponent. Kingdra's card draw and Finneon's energy acceleration make this deck reasonable consistent and fast. I have one copy of the aqua burst kingdra just so you can have that option of one shotting vmax attackers. I have a 1-1 line of Basculegion in the list mainly for having a searchable 0 cost call for family, but the energy reshuffle comes in handy in case the situation arises to pile a large amount of energy on a seadra or aqua
