Deck Primer

Use Buddy-Buddy Poffin for Fan Rotom to set up Eevee and Hoothoot/Noctowl if needed. Use Budew and Mimikyu to give you time to set up.

Get Noctowls to get trainers easily, this will allow you to set up Sylveon much quicker (MAKE SURE SYLVEON IS IN PLAY FIRST!)

Use Arven for Hyper Aroma or TM-Evo (DON'T USE FOR NOCTOWL!), use Colress to get Area Zero if needed.

Fan Rotom + Area Zero to deal with Mimikyu. Area Zero also provides enough bench space for support, as long as Sylveon is in play.

Set up Sylveon as quickly as possible (Hyper Aroma, TM-Evo, Cripsin), to use as main attacker and board disruption. Rigid Band + Magical Charm allows you to tank 130 damage per turn.

Use Xatu as draw engine and energy set up.

Use Blissey + Glass Trumpet to set up another Sylveon or quickly transfer energy if needed, use Energy Switch if Blissey is not available. Blissey can also tank and deal damage if needed.

Use Lillie's Clefairy to easily counter dragon type and do a lot of damage if your bench is full. Rescue board for free retreat.
