Try to get radiant eevee with your balls on turn one, use its first attack to get up to 5 cards from your deck to your hand. The most important pieces to search are Sylveon V, Sylveon VMAX, energy switch and a double energy. Dont forget you can also search for situational Pokemons, depending on the deck you play against.

Use energy switch to move your radiant Eevees energy to Sylveon V.

Next turn you just use your Turbo Energy on Sylveon V and you have a one-shotting monster.

Needs work, Silveon Vmax does not one shot vstar nor vmaxes though, calling it a one shotter is too far fetched. 

And the lack of heavy ball tells me there is no option to get that radiant eevee out of the prize cards.
