Deck Primer

Trying to figure out a deck for Blastoise Ex. Blastoise has to discard cards to do good damage, but with Relicanth's ability it can also use Wartortle's skill to retrieve discarded energies. Defiance Vest with Blastoise's ability makes it able to resist 70 damage from attacks, which can maybe make it worth to spend a whole turn retrieving energies for another big attack in the next one.
