Neat deck! I've been thinking of building something with Tatsugiri ex, though this list seems more varied (and interesting) than what I've been able to come up with in my opinion. Thoughts on including a couple Raifort (Twilight Masquerade)? I think the card may be of use in a similar manner to Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking (Temporal Forces). Blaziken ex (Journey Together) also seems nice for energy acceleration. In any case, I like the spread of PKMN you have here!
I was thinking about the same deck today. And I came across your deck, I think I'm going to use different ex's and play around with to see what works best.
