A fun concept, but Vespiquen doesn't do enough damage to be a reliable Charizard counter, even with a Justified Gloves. You also forget about Lugia/Archeops and Chien-Pao archetypes. This deck also doesn't have an answer to Lost Zone decks. If weakness is your goal, try using Kecleon.
When i was designing this deck i just looked at the most recent top 8 Regionals List. I didn't actually see Lugia or Chien anywhere. I did try Kecleon and had an even harder time making it work. Plus, Vespiquen with Supereffective Glasses can oneshot a Charizard ex while Kecleon still falls short.
Any thoughts on how i can improve this deck, or do you truly think it's hopeless?
