are there any cards in the format that add frozen or asleep right now? If not i hope the mega sets add them :P

There has never been a frozen status in the TCG. Paralyze is the closest. Also the maximum number of status ailments you can inflict on an opponent is three. Two being markers, poison and burn, and the third involves turning the Pokémon card in different directions. Right for paralyze, left for sleep, and upside-down for confusion. That's pretty much it.
