Deck Primer

This deck gets slight buffs in this current format.

Strategy: Going either second or first works with this deck. Anyways, for your First Turn, you should attempt to get out 1 TR's Mewtwo ex, 2-3 TR's Tarontulas, and 1 TR's Articuno, getting any other Rocket's Pokémon out works as well but the ones mentioned should be prioritized. These cards are quite easy to get out due to your Supporter Card, TR's Proton, which finds 3 Basic Rocket's Pokémon and puts them onto your Bench, and another great feature about Proton, is that he can be used on your First Turn as well which is why going first doesn't hurt you too badly since you won't be able to attack going second anyways. Though, if you're going second, you have more options other than Proton such as Arianna, your Draw Support since she draws up until there's 5-8 Cards in your hand or Petrel to find Secret Box, the ACE SPEC of choice, which can find you multiple cards such as an Item Card, Tool Card, Stadium Card, and a Supporter Card to be used for your Next Turn. Though, I'd strongly suggest to use Proton most of the time when going second. Giovanni has the same effect as Guzma from the Sun & Moon Era or the ACE SPEC, Prime Catcher, though Giovanni only applies to Rocket's Pokémon, which he helps multiple times throughout the game, hence why Giovanni is ran at 3 Copies. An example of Giovanni being used is to bring up a Basic ex or a Stage 1 ex with up to 280 HP to then bring in your Rocket's Mimikyu, and since it has Free Retreat, you can go into TR's Mewtwo ex to take a KO, or you could bring up a Pokémon with Low Remaining HP and finish them off with either Mewtwo or Spidops. Archer is your Disruption Card for when one of your Rocket's Pokémon was KO'd during your Opponent's Last Turn. Not to mention, using any of these cards during your turn allows you to draw an additional 3 Cards due to the Stadium, TR's Factory which makes the Supporter Cards even stronger. That concludes the Supporter Card explanations, so I shall now move onto the Pokémon. (The item cards are really self-explanatory, they don't need to be explained).

TR's Mewtwo ex, has the Highest HP for a Basic ex, which seems good which it is, but its Ability is what makes it struggle most of the time as it cannot Attack unless you have 4 or more Rocket's Pokémon in play, but TR's Mewtwo does count as 1, so you need at least 3 more Rocket's Pokémon on the bench. TR's Mewtwo ex deals 160 Damage for 2 Psychic Energies and 1 Colorless Energy, with the effect of doing 60 more Damage for each Energy discarded from your Benched Pokémon up to 2, which brings the total Damage to 280, 330 if you have Maximum Belt as the ACE SPEC, though Secret Box feels much better to me due to it being more useful overall. Anyways, you can increase Mewtwo's HP from 280, to 330 with the help of Bravery Charm making it have the same HP as Tera Dark Charizard ex. (Yes, I said Dark instead of Darkness, because in the mainline Pokémon games, Scarlet and Violet, they're called Dark Pokémon, and the Tera Crystal on Zard is the Dark Tera Type). Anyways, since you have to discard those Energies on your Bench to deal decently high damage, you can pair TR's Mewtwo ex with TR's Spidops! Which can recover a Basic Energy from your Discard Pile and attach it to your TR's Spidops, if you have 2 in play, this can allow you to deal 280 Damage every single turn/330 if you swap Secret Box for Maximum Belt. Furthermore, TR's Spidops is your main Single Prize Attacker, dealing more damage for each Rocket's Pokémon in play, and can deal 30 additional damage to ex Pokémon with Brave Bangle. Sneasel, is your Snipe Attacker, which deals more damage the more Damage Counters is on that Benched Pokémon, though this does get easily countered by Tera Pokémon, Rabsca, and Shaymin. Though, Sneasel can still help at times. TR's Mimikyu, as previously mentioned, works as a great Pivot Card, though, Mimikyu also can copy your Opponent's Tera Pokémon's Attack and use that Attack on them, which is situational but helpful at times. TR's Wobbuffet can be used after your TR's Mewtwo ex lives a heavy blow/attack, and then you can Wobbuffet's Attack, Rocket Mirror, and drop a literal nuke on your Opponent by moving that damage off of Mewtwo and onto that Pokémon which is insanely helpful in those situations. TR's Articuno, should be self-explanatory but provides a Barrier of effects from Attacks to your Basic Rocket's Pokémon. Now for the final Pokémon here, Lillie's Clefairy ex, literally is only here to help against your matchups against Dragon Type decks, primary examples, Pult, DuskPult, ZardPult, and Raging Bolt exThis concludes the Pokémon explanations, now I will move onto examples of what you could do in an actual match.

If your Opponent KO'd your Active Pokémon, bring Mimikyu into the Active Spot as a pivot.

Your Opponeny retreated their Pokémon Low HP Pokémon? Use Giovanni to bring it in and switch into a Benched Attacker, or Mimikyu, retreat with Mimikyu, into that Attacker, or you can Bench Sneasel, attach TR's Energy, and then use Strike the Sleeper to finish them off, assuming they have none of those Barriers that were mentioned.

Your Mewtwo was KO'd and you have no way to Attack with another Mewtwo but you have an Energy on Spidops from the previous turn and another in the Discard Pile, or an Energy in hand and an Energy in the Discard Pile, or an Energy on Spidops attached from the previous turn and an Energy in hand? Get another Energy attached to Spidops to Attack with a Single Prizer, this also can ruin the Prize Trade since it forces them to KO a single prizer.

You have Giovanni in hand, a way to get Wobbuffet in play, a TR's Energy in hand, and your Mewtwo lived a heavy hit? Get Wobbuffet into play, attach the Rocket's Energy to Wobbuffet, then use Giovanni to bring Wobbuffet into the Active Spot, to then use Rocket's Mirror to move the damage off of Mewtwo, to then move it onto your Opponent's Active Pokémon.

Additionally, you can attack with Lillie's Clefairy ex if you're in a pinch and need to deal high amounts of damage, assuming both Benches of both Players have a lot of Pokémon in play.

This concludes the Strategy section, so feel free to make any changes, ask almost any questions, leave any suggestions!

CTC: The Pokémon I'd recommend to add in this deck as an alternative will be sorted into a list along with a brief description for each card I'd suggest; if there are any cards in this list that you wish to add into this deck or any other cards from your own thoughts/ideas, cut out any cards that don't fit your preferences. While cutting out cards I'd suggest cutting 1 Arianna first as running 3 works well. Anyways, here is the list:

Pokémon: (I am introducing sub-sections for the CTC section so it's more Visual Appealing).

- 3rd TR's Mewtwo ex - Provides better consistency and lets you play with Mewtwo ex a lot more.

- 1 TR's Murkrow - Alternative Attacker to Sneasel, can shut off your Opponent's Active Pokémon's Attack.

- 1 Fezandipiti ex - Provides more Draw Support when a Pokémon of yours was KO'd during your Opponent's Last Turn.

Trainer Cards:

- 1 Iono - Provides even more Disruption.

- 1 Buddy-Buddy Poffin - Finds your Basic Pokémon with 70 HP or less, and puts them onto the Bench.

- 2 TR's Great Balls - Basically Capturing Aroma for Rocket's Pokémon, decent at finding Spidops or Basic Rocket's Pokémon.

- 1-2 Pokémon Catchers - Alternative to Counter Catcher.

 - 2 Pokégears - Makes it even easier to find your Supporter Cards.

- 1 Super Rod - Provides more recovery to this deck.

- 1 Switch - Removes a trapped Pokémon in the Active Spot into another Pokémon or to pivot without wasting Energy on that Pokémon.

- Maximum Belt - Alternative ACE SPEC to Secret Box, deals 50 more Damage to ex Pokémon, cut out the 2 Petrel's if this is added in.

- 2nd Brave Bangle - Makes Spidops and your other Single Prizers more useful by letting them deal 30 more Damage to Pokémon ex.

- 1 Air Balloon - Makes some of your Pokémon have Free Retreat.

This concludes the CTC (Cards to Consider) section, so feel free to do whatever you wish with this deck and have a good day!

I have decided to take another approach to the strategy section, also I find it interesting that this is cheaper than my Festival Lead, and the CTC section will be added soon, I decided to post it now so people can use it sooner.

I forgot to add in Secret Box, so it is no longer cheaper than the Festival Lead deck, ignore what the previous comment said about that.

The description has been finished! Also, expect some changes to my Miraidon ex and my Joltik Box decks sometime soon. Anyways, thank you to everyone for your support, I greatly appreciate it!
