Deck Primer

A minor tweak of Terapagos ex from the usual list as we head into Prismatic Evolutions. The addition of Jewel Breaker Regi allows to deal with threats such as Dragapult, any Eveelution varient decks, and Charizard. Adding basic energy into the deck also allows you to hit 240 with Terapagos and makes Fan Rotom a viable attacker in Budew or Mimikyu
