Lillie's Clefairy ex can take advantage of Area Zero Underdepths and help nuke Pult and Raging Bolt. The 80 HP HootHoot is here to survive a Hawlucha and a Phantom Dive from Pult. Penny and Scoop-Up Cyclone helps reset Terapagos ex to get rid of all damage from it. This list is highly inspired from Celio's Network's List. Anyways, feel free to make changes or leave suggestions!

Edits:

Edit #1: Removed a copy of Area Zero Underdepths for a copy of Crispin.

Edit #2: Based many of the cards in the list from Celio's Network's List as it looked pretty cool and when I tried it out it worked very well which is why I have updated the list.

This list seems interesting. Though, adding a Crispin into the deck could help a bit more with the energies. Other than that the deck seems good.

Waffle Enthusiast Yet again thank you for the feedback! Also, yeah I did plan to add a Crispin originally so I'll add one in.

Going to update the list as I found a much better build to use.
