This deck is a slow paced deck that centres on Terrakion using Cavern Tackle and using Gyro Unit to switch to Wailord V to tank. Radiant Heatran and Victini V/VMax are there as grass coverage.

The main setup is to discard water energies to set up, then to put those energies on Wailord V.
