Leafeon VMAX's attack Grass Knot does 60 for each (*) in your opponent's active pokemon's retreat cost. So if you have 4 Spidops in play, it has a minimum damage of 240, capping at a whopping 480 damage, if they have a natural retreat cost of 4 (510 with Choice Belt!) Leafeon VMAX's attack Grass Knot does 60 for each (*) in your opponent's active pokemon's retreat cost. So if you have 4 Spidops in play, it has a minimum damage of 240, capping at a whopping 480 damage, if they have a natural retreat cost of 4 (510 with Choice Belt!) The main thing this deck would struggle against is Mew VMAX, because it has no retreat cost, which is why there is not one but two Drapion V. Sky Seal Stone can be combined with Drapion against Mew, or can be put on Shaymin V for a 290-damage (if you have choice belt attached) VSTAR killer. Lugia and Giratina VSTAR both have a retreat cost of 2, making an easy kill if you have 3 Spidops in play. However, what if you have only two?

In that scenario, you can only do 270 with Choice Belt. Hawlucha, which has the same effect, except you can only do it to opponent's benched Pokémon, but you can do it twice. You can do 270 to a Lugia, take a hit, next turn play Boss's Orders and bring in a different Lugia, play Hawlucha from your hand to kill the benched Lugia, evolve into another Spidops, and then kill the new active Lugia.

Technical Stuff
Radiant Eternatus to get Leafeon VMAX into play, Gardenia's Vigor for energy attachment, and everything else is pretty self-explanatory, and mainly for consistency. Aromatic energy is useful against poison decks or whatever, but avoid it when against Duraldon VMAX, etc.

Hope you like the deck! Leave comments with suggestions as you wish but keep in mind this is post rotation so no [D] regulation mark.

I like the idea of this deck a lot, but I think snow leaf badge would help it a bit. Giving leafeon the option of free retreat makes it so switch cards aren't a necessity unless you're fine with discarding energy to retreat if needed. Most if not all decks will most likely be running something like Serena or any Boss's Orders-like card. I think this deck is perfectly fine without it though if you don't wish to add it.

Love this idea so much, might build this deck even, but unfortunately Aromatic Energy will rotate out :/

Banger deck idea will galar mines rotate because if not that would make the deck a new level of busted.
