Explosive ArmarougeEX!

Deck is almost in it's final phase!

The pirmary strat is to get Armarouge's atk stat as big as possible to 1 shot most if not all opponents pokemon! In order to do this alot of energy is required. Thankfully, we have chi-yu, charizard ex and magma basin to fit this role. If somehow energy is short Charizard Go allows attached energy to count as double this will amplify Armarouge's damage output without investing to much energy into him. If Charizard Go can't be set up

If Charizard Go can't be set up then regular armarouge will help by being able to move energy around.

Armarouge ex -

Our main focus and is there to one shot! Thanks to his ability Crimson Armor he is able to withstand at least one-hit from most pokemon this can allow you to KO 2 pokemon at most, but be careful as this ability can be cheesed out against decks that apply status effects and dmg counters!

Armarouge -

2 are ran since he is our main energy mover and since he is an evo we can't really get him out if he is prized besides knocking out your opponents pokemon.

Charizard Go-

There to lessen the cost of attacks of all fire pokemon in the deck and doubles the amount of damage dealt by armarouge

Charizard ex-

Helps with energy gain as well as another threat incase armarouge gets shut down in the later stages of the game!

Chi-yu ex -

The primary source to gain energy. However, if you find yourself going up against a deck that draws alot you can also use him to mill the top 2 of your opponents deck! If does no frequently come up, but I have stolen games this way!

Lumineon V-

In case you brick! Use can either hard draw into this card or use ultra to add it to hand and play it. If you find yourself playing this build and it becomes prized alot you can always take out a buddy-buddy poffin for a Huaisian heavy ball to retrieve it. It's there to get any supporter that you need for your current situation. I mostly use it for Arven to retrieve forest seal stone and an item that you currently need!

Rotom V-

I use him as an early draw engine! Where he will still function if I use nest ball or hard draw into him. He is also another target incase I have forest seal stone, but don't have lumineon V. Very good for the early game and has saved me multiple times!

Radiant Heatran -

There to deal with pesky pokemon that can only be attacked by pokemon without a rule box or an ability and is fairly easy to set-up!

Supporters/Items -

Arven-

There to help search for rare candy as well as forest seal stone to help skip stage 1 evo for both charizards or if you have a rare-candy and need bench set-up can go for buddy-buddy poffin or can Arven prime catcher for game!

Professor's Research-

Who doesn't like to draw cards!

Buddy-Buddy Poffin -

There is help set-up bench - 2 for 1!

Super rod-

If you find yourself going up against a mill deck or you were forced to discard certain pieces to make a optimal play!

Magma Basin-

Retireve energy from your discard pile and attachment to your benched as well as fuels heatran's dmg output to KO annoying pokemon

Iono-

Noticed your opponent get key pieces to set-up for next turn? See they have a big hand and low prize pool? Do everything you possibly can with your current hand and Iono and see them RAGE!

Switch-

Incase your opponents bosses orders 1 of your benched pokemon without energy on it and high retreat cost to stall!

Prime Catcher-

Searchable with Arven and if you used a supported this turn and can snipe important mons on the bench! Another answer if they try to stall as well

Energy-

10 fire energy
1 turbo energy

(you could get rid of turbo energy for jet energy this will be another to switch mons from your bench without cost and play around some form of stall)

This is my first time playing the Pokemon TCG as a whole and wanted to share these ideas with you all. I have studied many sources, played many games to come to this conclusion. As well as gained advice from my friends that have played this TCG in the past and are still currently playing. Thank you for reveiwing my decklist for Armarouge ex and please if you have any ideas don't be afraid to comment I'm willing to try certain straegies out.

I've only come to these solutions as I've built it the way it felt good for me! Thank you and enjoy!
