Cinderace ex seems like it was BUILT for Expanded, with it hitting the magic 280 damage to counter most relevant threats, and having a 180-damage bench snipe which OHKO's the trifecta of draw support this format thrives on. All of that, except for one teensy little issue: it's a stage 2, and that SUCKS. Consistency is everything in Expanded, so either having to rely on Rare Candy or a niche engine like Bunnelby TM: Evo, you find yourself pressed for fast, consistent options.

So why not double down on awful stage 2 engines! The main attacker requires three different energy types which also stings, so I found the best option to be combining Colossal, who can accelerate two of the three types on its own with a Battle Compressor engine. Double Colourless Energy is there as a cheeky way to power up Fkare Strike faster, as well as give Guzma & Hala a viable target for its search effect.

This is still a very rough draft, so please provide me with improvements!
