Its not that cursed. Really.

It wasn't as good as my "In Denial" deck because it relied too much on RNG and good coin flips. But when things go well enough, it can be a pest of a deck.

Hanging Gengar on the bench means moving damage counters to your opponent's benched pokemon, articularly any evolved pokemon they have. Hanging Gengar on the bench means moving damage counters to your opponent's benched pokemon, articularly any evolved pokemon they have. If you happened to get the Promo Mew (#8) out, you could swap it in and hit those benched pokemon with devolution beam and take your prize card. Otherwise, you're using the colorless pokemon as your main attack force.

Speaking of, Dodrio helps with retreat costs and Dark Dragonair helps drag out Gengar faster. Your stalling options are limited to only four energy removal cards, so that is not a reliable method of throwing a sabot in your opponent's strategy. Instead you have Pokemon Center and Mr. Fuji to keep your Pokemon from being knocked out for a little longer if you are lucky with your draws.

Cards like Poke Ball can be where the deck really bites you. Get a bad flip and you get nothing.

In the end, this is more of a high risk, high reward deck.
