Deck Primer

This deck is to be made in the new format being tested at my local store called Silver Series, which is a format where all your cards have to have a Silver Border (base Scarlet Violet and onward) and no rule boxes. It's a lower-power format that allows for new and interesting strategies that would never have a chance in Standard.
