Hi All, Let me know your thoughts and suggestions to improvement. So far it's solid against all match ups.

See below general stratergy:

- 1st get Regridrago V, Leafeon V & Radiant Venusaur into play

- If possible attach fire energy to Regridrago V, then use Leafeon V's ability to attach grass energy. This will position you ready to attack on your 2nd turn.

- Use evolution incence to draw out the attacking dragon types to discard

- Use Ball Guy to get Quick and Ultra Balls to discard these attacking

- Use evolution incence to draw out the attacking dragon types to discard

- Use Ball Guy to get Quick and Ultra Balls to discard these attacking cards and fill bench/evolve

- Evolve into Regidrago VStar, if needed use Vstar ability (This is a way to get final energy and also get dragon types into discard pile)

Attacks:

Dragonite can accelerate energy to benched pokemon (ideally other Regidrago's)

Duraludon V can counter ability blocks and path to the peak

Appletun counters heavy speaial energy decks ( eg Lugia)

Flygon V can deliver 320 damange to VMAX pokemon

Hisuian Goodra offers defence by delivering 200 damage, and taking 80 less damage next turn

Extra:

Big Charm is to bump up Regridrago Vstar HP - make it harder for 1 shot KOs

Lost Vaccum and Training court to counter Path to the peak

Item heavy deck so you can be swift in getting your tools out to build bench, discard attackers and attach energy

Jynx added to offer option to stall opponent

Let me know your thoughts. Still testing and amending.

Octowen Thank you for suggestion. I originaly had her in my deck, however it didnt prove effective. i found it tough to get 2 grass in hand and then you can only attach to bench pokemon. Also that would then stall me from playing ball guy as that is the key to discarding your attackers while also evolving/building your bench

That makes sense. I like what you did with Ball Guy here, it works well because there actually are 3 different types of balls in this deck. And the Ultra Ball can be used for getting evolution Pokémon, unlike the Quick and Hisuian Heavy Balls.
