Colorful Reviving Flames of Legendary Birds: Ho-Oh, Moltres, Zapdos, & Articuno

First Turn Goal - Pull Off Ho-Oh V's Reviving Flame Ability

You must find Brilliant Blender Ace Spec. It's OK to immediately

First Turn Goal - Pull Off Ho-Oh V's Reviving Flame Ability

You must find Brilliant Blender Ace Spec. It's OK to immediately use a Lumineon V to find it. It's OK to discard your hand with Squawkability ex to find it.

Use Brilliant Blender to discard 1 Ho-Oh V, 1 Water energy, 1 Lightning energy, 1 Fire energy, and a 4th energy of a different type (i.e. NOT another Water, Lightning, or Fire). Once you have done this, then, you can use the remainder of your turn to build up your bench a bit.

Supporter for Turn - Arven or Gladion

Before your use your supporter-for-turn, use an Ultra Ball, Quick Ball, Nest Ball, or another item to help you do a quick prize check. You want to find out if your Brilliant Blender is prized or in your deck.

If Brilliant Blender is in your deck, then, your preferred supporter-for-turn is Arven. Arven will find your Brilliant Blender and a Wishful Baton (or other useful tool).

If your Brilliant Blender is prized, then, your preferred supporter-for-turn is Gladion.

Prep the Bench with your Attackers

This deck's attackers are Ho-Oh V, Terapagos ex, Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX, Radiant Greninja, and Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex.

You at least 1 Terapagos ex and 1 Ho-Oh V benched. But 2 Terapagos ex and 1 Ho-Oh V benched are preferred.

Use Radiant Greninja as an attacker when appropriate, otherwise, it's just used for deck search for getting energies into the discard.

Use Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex in the late-game.

Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX is used either at the very beginning of the match or it will be used at the very end.

Special Note on Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX

During your first turn, you need to decide whether or not you will use Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX's Sky Legends GX attack on your second turn. You need to decide this at the start of your first turn since this will affect what cards you discard with Brilliant Blender.

You would use Brilliant Blender to discard 1 Ho-Oh V, 1 Water energy, 1 Lightning energy, 1 Fire energy, and the Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX.

Typically, you will use the Sky Legends GX attack on your second turn and you use it against one-prizer decks or to heavily disrupt your opponent's setup.

End Your Turn with Ho-Oh V's Reviving Flame ability

Attach to the Ho-Oh V a Water energy, a Lightning energy, a Fire energy, and a 4th energy of a different type (i.e. NOT another Water, Lightning, or Fire).

*** Second Turn: Attack with Ho-Oh V, or Attack with Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX ***

Attacking with Ho-Oh V

With 4 different energies attached to Ho-Oh V, it will do 220 damage. It can do even more damage if you can get different types of eneergies attached to it.

Attack with the Ho-Oh V your prepared with the first-turn Reviving Flame. At the same time, try to attach energies to the benched Terapagos ex and a 2nd Ho-Oh V. You can do this with Glass Trumpets, Crispin, and manual attachments.

If your 2nd Ho-Oh V isn't ready to attack, then, Terapagos ex can be your follow up attacker after the 1st Ho-Oh V is taken out. Ideally, you want to attach the Wishful Baton to your 1st Ho-Oh V.

Attacking with Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX

Use Thorton supporter to transform your charged up Ho-Oh V into Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX.

Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX needs 4 energies (3 of which need to be Fire, Water, and Lightning) in order to pull off the extra effect of the Sky Legends GX attack.

Terapagos ex or the 2nd Ho-Oh V can be your follow up attacker once Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX shuffles itself into the bench. Crispin and Glass Trumpets can help you accelarate energies onto Terapagos ex and the 2nd Ho-Oh V.
