Gameplan

With Meowscarada's ability Bouquet Magic, you can get damage on one of opponent's benched pokémon. Alakazam does the job and moves the damage counters to the active, meaning your opponent's active pokémon is the direct target for Meowscarada's Scratching Nails.

Setup:

First turn

Get some Sprigatitos, Alakazam, Gossifleur and eventually some of the support pokémon. Use Mew to grab some Rare

Gameplan

With Meowscarada's ability Bouquet Magic, you can get damage on one of opponent's benched pokémon. Alakazam does the job and moves the damage counters to the active, meaning your opponent's active pokémon is the direct target for Meowscarada's Scratching Nails.

Setup:

First turn

Get some Sprigatitos, Alakazam, Gossifleur and eventually some of the support pokémon. Use Mew to grab some Rare candies.

When you don't have good cards for setup, try Squawkabilly to get a better hand.

Second turn:

Evolve Sprigatito to Floragato or Meowscarada, if you are lucky with Rare candies.

Evolve Gossifleur into Eldegoss, energies will be much easier to find.

Find Double turbo or if you found two grass energies already, you can feed Meowscarada through first two turns.

Then, find energies with Eldegoss, Use Meowscarada's ability, spread damage counters and let the slaughter begin.

If you evolved just to Floragato, you can do it the other way: Spinda's Dizzying spin will surely help you to spread damage counters and stop opponent's play with confusion!

After the second turn...

The game is yours! Now, we have to talk about Lilligant...

Hisuian Lilligant Vstar is a card that will help you in some tough situations. You can find multiple pokémon and energies that you would need, and you can use it as a backup attacker.

Some important trainers to reach gameplan:

Items:

Level ball, Ultra ball and Nest ball can find every pokémon you need. Pokégear is good for finding multiple trainers, Super rod helps you to revive plenty of important pokémon and energies. 

Supporters:

Iono and Professor's research are core drawing supporters of the deck. One boss to control the game (by a little) and Klara for recycle. Raihan can make you beautiful comeback when some of your pokémon were knocked out, one Gardenia when you need to charge some of your pokémon quickly.

Others:

Oh, I forgot to mention escape rope, the best way to retreat your pokémon in this deck. Also, i forgot rare candy! Every other trainer is here: These are Hisuian Heavy ball, if you would have someone one-copy in prizes, and Artazon helps you with setup sometimes.

Thats all! I havent playtested, so some pros, cons, and additions will be later.
