I'd suggest fixing some of the supporter cards by replacing cards like Lisia's Appeal with either Boss's Orders or Guzma as they're much stronger as it doesn't only effect Basic Pokémon. You also need other cards that can help you find your Item Cards such as Arven as it helps you find your Item Cards and Tool Cards. I'd also recommend increasing your Nest Ball count to 3-4 and adding in 2 Buddy-Buddy Poffin's for your Abra's. You should also lower your Kadabra count down to either 1-2 as 4 is too high and you should also increase Rare Candy up to 3. The Tool Cards are decent, but you do also lack Support Pokémon, like Tapu Lele GX or Lumineon V, Dedenne GX, Crobat V, Fezandipiti ex or Oricorio GX, and Radiant Greninja being primary examples. You should also add in cards that accelerates Energy onto your Pokémon much more efficiently. Energy Search is also quite high, so I'd recommend to lower it to 1-2 or cut it out entirely, along with increasing Professor's Research to 3-4 and cutting Giovanni's Charisma to 1-2. LimeLemon thanks to your comment I just realized how Lisia's Appeal is for only Basics. I have no idea who I didn't notice that. I am changing all my Lisia's Appeal to Boss's Orders now. I see know how many of my decks have more Stage 1's than they need because of Rare Candy. I guess I need more Supporter Pokemon as you have suggested for most of my decks. Again, I will definetly takes this into consideration and make some changes.
