Use Tsareena and Crystal Cave to heal 50 HP

Use Magnezone Rare Candies to accelerate the worm!

Use Revavroom after Magnezone, don't want to accidentally draw metal cards we don't wan't.

Use Jet Energy on the worm in case it gets switched.

 

Disclaimer

This is an extremeley slow deck, the point is for Orthworm to be a wall that can tank a lot.

If orthworm gets low, switch out to try to utilize the crystal cave and tsereena to heal at least 70-100 HP.

On my first test of this deck it managed to handle a Koridan and Great Tusk EX deck so take that for what you will on if Orthworm can handle EX cards.
