The goal of this deck is to discard a ton of tools with research, zinnia, and tower of darkness, then hit for huge numbers with rotom v. In doing this you power up porygon 2 for the late game, then hit for huge numbers with porygon 2. You basically want to force your opponent to go through 2 rotom v, then 2 porygon 2, all the while these pokemon are hitting for upwards of 340 damage.
