Budget psychic deck built around the Gardevoir/Gallade evolution tree, to compete with the theme decks and V battle decks.

Use Gardevoir or Gallade as your main attacker, and Cresselia and Articuno as secondary hitters. Build your board with Gossifleur, accelerate energy with Eldegoss and Articuno or Cresselia. Use Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade for card support. Recycle with Energy Retrieval if the game draws out and you run out of resources.
