Feels like a great beginner's "theme" deck! Also it is easy to build only costing less than $10! Good job!

Hey, I just saw your comment on my Skeledirge theme deck! I like your version of a Quaquaval theme deck a lot as I find the higher focus on Floatzel as an attacker is nice, and it allows room for more support Pokémon. I believe your inclusion of Squawkabilly and Mesgoza makes your version more consistent than mine. Check out my version if you haven't already, I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
