Massive poison tank with cape of toughness and huge 140 poison damage. Blissey is less of the start here but can still dish massive amounts of damage. Poison + Blissey and Blissey is immune to poison which is great. Bring in slowking for a bit and hit the poison and try to use boss to maximize poison damage. Blissey hits hard and has big health so don't worry about it getting knocked out. Slowbro can do a good 220 when opponent is poisoned and after poison damage it ends up like 360 damage

Firstly, poison and Blissey don't go together. You should focus on directly increasing Blissey's damage, not adding damage via another source. Second, if you must keep the poison, thicken the lines of Garbodor and Toxicroak. Cut the Slowbro line.
