Blissey once again and easiest setup ever. Get grookey into play and use rare candy to get rillaboom out and voltage best is absolutely bonked. All 3 rillaboom + Blissey means 190 damage immediately. Eldegoss is just support. Consider adding vikavolt from sun and moon for extra power and maybe add crobat V or dedenne GX for more draw support. Mincinno and cincinno are also great and let you discard energy so put that in if you want
