Interesting Concepts some ideas to consider are

Drop  : Mimikyu(takes niche energy that could be else where), Spiritomb(Not many Vs that have abilities that are that bad), Counter Catcher(prerequisite that there must be prize cards taken), Dunsparce line(better more consistant cards), Prime Catcher(escape rope works just as well)

Decrease :  Nest Ball(Most pokemon aren't worth finding), Arven(Most Items aren't worth finding)

Increase : Rare Candy(self evident), Blastoise Line(More consistancy),

Add : Ultra Ball, Energy Retrieval, Dedenne or Crobat, Escape Rope, Kabuto, Ho-oh V

Azar109 thanks for the ideas. I will keep 1 Mimikyu as a stalling card. But removing the dudunsparce chain and spiritomb for cards like crobat v and dedenne gx is a good idea. I will keep counter catcher because it is a good replacement to boss orders incase the opponent takes a early prize card. I will keep prime catcher because it is better then escape rope bc prime catcher is like boss orders but escape rope let's your opponent choose. Thanks :)
