Throwing Coach Rush is a Rapid Strike Pokemon deck built around the idea of using Rapid Strike Scroll of Swirls in order to build up the damage on your opponents Pokemon. The great deal about this card is that it is somehow mimicking a very well known attack G-Max Rapid Flow. The down side of the attack that it does not put out 120 damage two times at once , but on the bright side of it you get to keep all your energy on after attacking. The attack you are granted by attaching this card to your Rapid Strike Pokemon , Matchless Maelstrom lands 30 damage on all of your opponents Pokemon for a cost of one Fighting Energy and a Double Colorless Energy. Which I find crafty in our case since it means we can use this attacks with all our Rapid Strike Pokemon without exception by using one Metal Energy and one Rapid Strike Energy. This gives a nice possibility of executing this early in the game even with a "one prizer" like Remoraid or Pasimian. Matchless Maelstrom is further on boosted by Pasimians Throwing Coach ability , so we can look up to 60 damage from your attacks to all your opponents Pokemon V or VMAX if executed well. The real headache here can be Manaphy so your Metagross VMAX can fetch Boss´s Orders with its attack Zap Traction. Using this attacks might be tricky in some situations in th game but Metagross VMAX is tanky enough to even take a hit and live another turn. Your main attacker in this deck is Metagross VMAX. The previously mentioned attack Zap Traction grants you two cards from your deck, no exceptions. Its second attack Max Rush attacks for a 100 damage in first wave and 250 on your coming turn. When you take a first look it is nothing special, on the other hand if your opponent is battered from Matchless Maelstrom or if you succed in surprising them soon enough it is a hefty thing to hit 250 damage in succesion. Stadiums that we run in this deck Tower of Waters grant your Rapid Strike Pokemon no hassle retreat, even the gargantuan three Energy cost of Metagross V / VMAX falls down to one, which is also a good thing since we can get them back with Metal Saucer . One copy of Crystal Cave is included to be played late in the game if possible in combination with Cheryl to try staying healthy and enthusiastic to attack.
