Listen I think it's stupid that you can't play off spec mons just to evolve into on-spec mons. this deck is glc legal otherwise if you ignore the onix, and this steelix is one of my favorite cards. traditionally you'd run it with Nessa and a bunch of like, walreins to discard and recur with her but I'll just run every steel retreat-4 it's fiiine
