Puppy champ Yeah, I think you got this wrong. Rotation isn't when the new year begins, I don't know the exact date but it's usually in may or something. And about your deck: nice! I wonder if another Poltchageist is good just for more consistency, and I would skip some of the Bug-Catching Set's for Buddy-Buddy Poffins. This deck isn't the fastest, right? Maybe add a Counter Catcher in combination with Iono and a Rotom V + Cleffa for your turn one. You can also have a Forest Seal Stone (you don't need to, just if you want). And man, you don't need so many energies! Add 2 more Earthen Vessel's and if you want to burn thru your deck even more, then add 4 Treeking Shoes.
@minipizza thanks for the suggestions. This is a list from some Japanese tournament and I'm testing a few cards, I'll definitely give some of those a chance. Thanks for the feedback!
