I see the concept, but the reason why Entei works better instead of Ting-lu is because of the more efficient energy costs. Needing three energy means you'll hardly have to attack every turn. Instead of Lake Accuity, I'd probably use Town Store and Bravery Charm. I'd replace the Valiants with 2 copies of Koraidon Ex for a first-turn energy acceleration and Hitmonlee from 151 damage spreads to all Pokemon and switches to Ting-Lu for a single energy. This way the deck can forgo switch cards for consistency cards like Earthen vessels and trekking shoes. Iron valiant is more useful for decks that apply immediate pressure to maximize the use of its ability, while Tinglu prefers to slow things down with its ability lock. They seem like they have synergies, but despite that play very differently
