Pretty good deck!
3 gabite and 3 rare candy is quite much. Maybe you can run pidgeot ex as well, and maybe radiant greninja too for the drawing. You can better run four vip passes, works much better. Maybe you can cut a switch, switch cart and jacq?, don't seem very important in this deck.
